Also on the extreme cuisine menu was Emu (pic. 2), pig tails (pic. 1- finger point), chicken feet, rattlesnake, frog legs (pic. 3), cricket cookies, fried crickets, Rocky Mt. Oysters (pic. 4), kangaroo, alligator sausage, Durian ice cream (pic. 4), and more fun surprises.
